Use of images – FLA Statutes Photos published in this gallery are taken during events organised or supported by the Luxembourg Athletics Federation (FLA). In accordance with Article 58 of the FLA Statutes, participation in FLA events implies that consent to image capture is presumed. Therefore: photographs and video recordings may be taken during events; these images may be used by the FLA for communication, promotion and media purposes; images may be published across FLA communication channels, including websites, social media, press releases and other official publications. The FLA ensures that all images are used in a manner that respects the dignity and reputation of the persons represented. In accordance with applicable data protection and image rights regulations, any person appearing in a photo may request its removal by contacting: communication@fla.lu Requests will be handled as soon as possible.
